Diane Tackie only accepts Paypal, Cashiers Checks, Checks, and Money Order. All payments must clear before purchase is received. You will receive an e-mail notifying that your purchase had been received and cleared and that your order has been shipped. Shipping and handling varies upon weight of shipment. We send all orders out by either: UPS, USPS, AND Fed Ex. Because we have a five day return policy we ask that you please check your packages the day of arrival. If you received the wrong product send the product back as it was sent to you. To ensure the safety of others we do not except products that have been tampered with or opened. If we do not have a product we will notify you with your choice of an exchange or a refund. Because our products are made fresh please allow us two weeks upon delivery.
